Selecting a Product
Go to the online store. Using the links on the homepage or the catalog menu, select the product you would like to purchase. To view full information, open the product page.
In the “Quantity” field, enter the required number of items. You can also use the counter buttons to increase or decrease the quantity by 1.
Click the button to add the product to your cart. A pop-up window will appear confirming that the product has been added and offering you the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
If you are planning to purchase only one product item, you can use the “Buy in 1 Click” button, which is available on product pages. This will open a quick order form.
Continue selecting products or proceed to checkout.
Shopping Cart
Information about the number of items in your cart is available in the website header, next to the cart icon. Clicking the icon opens a pop-up cart window where you can view the products added to your cart and remove items if necessary.
In the cart window, you can also view the total order amount and proceed to checkout. The same information is available on the shopping cart page.
To open the shopping cart page, select the corresponding item in the navigation menu or at the bottom of any page on the website.
Checkout
Enter your first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Please be careful when entering your contact details, as the successful processing of your order depends on the accuracy of this information.
If you have a promo code for a discount, enter it in the dedicated field.
You may also leave a text comment in the corresponding field of the checkout form.
Click the “Continue” button.
Information about the discount provided will be displayed next to the order amount, if you entered a promo code.
Next to the order amount, you can change the quantity of the product.
Select the delivery option and payment method that are most convenient for you.
After the order has been placed, an operator from our store will contact you by phone to confirm the order.
Please note: if you place your order in the evening, at night, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, the operator may contact you on the next business day.

Note: We do not store your full credit card details. We store only tokens or references provided by our payment gateway, as required for recurring billing and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Identity Verification (Sensitive Data)
To verify legitimate account ownership or payment, we may request a copy of your government-issued ID (e.g., Emirates ID or passport) and/or a “selfie” image. Transaction/Financial Records: Invoices, payment records and related financial data are retained for 5 to 10 years to comply with applicable financial, tax, and accounting regulations.
Marketing Data: Personal data processed for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw your consent. Upon withdrawal, such data will be deleted from our marketing systems without undue delay.
Identity Verification Documents: Copies of IDs and selfies will be deleted as soon as the verification process is completed and no later than 90 days, unless retention is required by applicable laws.
